Creating Sacred Rituals and Practices

Rituals and practices for the body, mind, and spirit ground, nourish, and sustain us—especially during challenging times. When life feels overwhelming and I’ve lost touch with who I am, it is these sacred rituals and practices that guide me back to remembrance. Remembrance of my heart’s deep knowing, my inherent worth, and my inner strength.

This two-hour workshop offers an introduction to some of the sacred rituals and practices that are now an integral part of my daily life. Some I do every day; others I return to as my soul calls me. These practices draw from ancient wisdom traditions as well as my own intuitive guidance.

You will be introduced to both nature-based and spiritual rituals, including a brief exploration of malas (prayer beads), mantras (spiritual chants), and mudras (sacred hand gestures). We will explore three simple, nourishing practices that include gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and connecting with the elements of nature through crystals.

By the end of this workshop, you will have the tools and inspiration to begin structuring your own sacred rituals and practices—guided by your inner wisdom and attuned to the needs of your body, mind, and soul.
