What is Moksha Yogic Healing?

Moksha is derived from the Sanskrit word muc, meaning β€œto free.” It signifies liberation, release, or emancipation. In the contexts of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, moksha represents the ultimate goal of life: freedom from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (known as samsara).
