What is Moksha Yogic Healing?
Moksha is derived from the Sanskrit word muc, meaning “to free.” It signifies liberation, release, or emancipation. In the contexts of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, moksha represents the ultimate goal of life: freedom from the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth (known as samsara). Achieving moksha means transcending the physical and mental limitations of existence and attaining a state of eternal bliss, peace, and unity with the Divine or the ultimate reality.
